The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer acquisition, onboarding, product adoption, retention and commercial growth through CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, marketing automation and data-driven optimisation. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Campaign & Content Lead, the role ensures that marketing campaigns translate into measurable customer engagement, product usage and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Analytics or related field
  • CRM platform administration and optimisation (advantageous)
  • Customer segmentation and audience management
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and data visualisation tools
  • HubSpot (advantageous)
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Marketing attribution
  • Looker Studio (advantageous)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
