TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR

Job Summary: (not limited to)

  • Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.
  • Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.
  • Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.
  • Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirement

  • Matric
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Technical / Mechanical environment.
  • Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality and terms.
  • Shift (Day & Night) and weekend work required.
  • Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, Tracking etc.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
  • Competitive salary - Minimum R156 000 per annum to be discussed during the interview
