Key Responsibilities Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms. Plan, create and publish digital marketing content aligned with the marketing strategy. Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, presentations and promotional material. Create and edit videos including Reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and event content. Write engaging social media captions, headlines and digital copy. Schedule and publish content using approved social media management platforms. Monitor comments, messages and online engagement while maintaining the company brand voice. Monitor digital content performance and prepare regular reports on social media growth and engagement. Identify new digital trends and recommend creative content ideas. Create digital content for marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, events and training. Coordinate photography and videography for products, events and company initiatives. Liaise with internal departments and external service providers to ensure creative projects are completed accurately and on time. Support the Marketing Department with general digital marketing and creative projects.
