Our client, an innovative Medical Informatics company, is looking for the Nanny McPhee of the office—a highly organised, proactive, and caring individual who can bring calm, structure, and a touch of magic to a team of doctors, scientists, engineers, and executives.
Supporting two Directors, this role is perfect for someone who loves being the person who keeps everything (and everyone) moving smoothly. You'll manage schedules, coordinate priorities, run the office, organise events, and ensure that no detail falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
- Provide dedicated support to two Directors.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and communications.
- Coordinate action items and keep priorities on track.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Sandton office.
- Organise team events, onboarding, and office culture initiatives.
- Be the go-to person who solves problems before they become problems.
