Rathilal & Associates, a life assurance and investment brokerage established in 1997, is looking for a motivated individual to train as a Financial Adviser. No prior industry experience required — full training and mentorship provided as you work toward becoming a fully accredited adviser.

What you'll be doing

• Learning to conduct financial needs analyses for clients
• Advising on long-term insurance (life cover) and retail pension/retirement products, under supervision
• Building and managing your own client base
• Working toward your regulatory qualifications (RE5 exam, Class of Business training) while earning

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 (matric certificate) — minimum
• Clear credit and criminal record (required for industry screening)
• South African citizen or valid work permit
• Own transport preferred
• Strong communication skills and resilience — this is a sales-driven role
