Administrative and BnB Assistant

The candidate will be responsible for administrative related enquires as well as assist with the running, advertising and marketing of the BnB.
Filing and maintaining the filing systems, both electronic and physical
Ensuring Import & Export files are finalised, checked and filed appropriately and archived when necessary
Have some experience in Imports and Exports
Split and send of job files
Trade References on new Credit apps
Completing Time sheets and Labour Forms
Maintaining & scheduling Calanders and to – do lists
Renewing of all license discs etc.
Assisting in keeping fuel and Sanral schedules up to date
Answering phones and taking messages
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings – take minutes
Assisting in booking company travel
Assisting in arranging company functions
Assisting in arranging purchase of promotional & company attire – controlling the stock
Assisting in compiling BEE assessments
Run errands as requested
Aiding other staff etc
Advertising and marketing of the BnB.
Assist in booking in guests (all hours)
Assist in cleaning the BnB and making beds
Assist in making breakfast for the guests
Assist with advertising and social media posts
Generally anything as required for admin and company processes
Must have a matric certificate
Must have experience with Imports and Exports
Must have experience with BnB
