Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Investment Management Achieved 70% or higher in Mathematics Valid South African Driver's Licence Strong interest and passion for financial markets and investments Confident, professional, and outgoing personality Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Key Responsibilities: As part of the graduate programme, you will gain valuable exposure to the financial advisory environment and support client-focused initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include: Providing client-facing support to the advisory team Managing and maintaining client information on the CRM system (Wealthbox) Assisting with client communications and relationship management Coordinating meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-ups Supporting the creation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch materials Assisting with planning and coordinating client events Ensuring smooth administrative and operational support across the advisory function What We're Looking For We are seeking motivated graduates who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about building a successful career within financial services and investment management.
