Company and Job Description Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and thrives on delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust controls, and supporting commercial decision-making. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements, and supporting a business operating within a complex, high-volume transaction environment. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while providing exposure to a growing and innovative business. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain strong financial controls Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and external audits Oversee high-volume invoicing processes and ensure accuracy and completeness Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting systems Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making Job Experience and Skills Required Education: CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable) Experience: 2-3 years' post-qualification experience Experience within a large revenue-generating business Exposure to high-volume transaction environments Proven experience managing or reviewing large-scale invoicing processes Experience within manufacturing, chemicals, engineering, industrial, or related sectors advantageous Skills: Strong IFRS knowledge Financial reporting and financial controls Budgeting and forecasting Advanced Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Why Apply?
