Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Specialist : Settlement & Customer Disputes, to join the Midrand team at CCBA. The role will report to the Country Lead Warehouse Services.

Key Purpose

To lead and standardise customer settlement and dispute management processes across CCBSA warehouses by driving governance, operational excellence, risk management, process optimisation and capability development. The role ensures efficient dispute resolution, strengthens financial controls, improves customer experience, delivers actionable business insights and enhances organisational performance through continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
