Overview

Beautez Pharmacy is building one of Lesotho’s most innovative healthcare and retail brands and is seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to transform ideas into exceptional visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design premium marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.
Create engaging social media content, advertisements, brochures, catalogues, packaging, and promotional campaigns.
Produce high-quality branding materials aligned with Beautez Pharmacy’s brand identity.
Develop AI-assisted creative content, mock-ups, product renders, and marketing visuals.
Design short-form motion graphics and promotional videos.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva Pro.
Experience using AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Ideogram, or similar creative AI platforms.
Knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and modern design trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
Portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial design work.
