Hunterdon County Department of Public Works, Roads Division

Position: Road Repairer 2

Full Time 40 hours/week

Annual Contractual Minimum-$52,019.52

CWA Contractual Promotional Salary Adjustments to be Applied

Under direction, performs the more difficult and responsible work involving the maintenance, repair, resurfacing, and/or construction of roads within the County and/or assists in the installation and maintenance of traffic lines and traffic signs; does other related duties as required.

Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in the cleaning, maintenance, and repair of roads or streets which may include work involving the installation and maintenance of traffic lines and signs. The position is open to employees of the Department of Public Works with one year of service as a Road Repairer 1 in a regular appointment. This position requires a valid New Jersey Commercial Driver’s License. This position is open to employees of the Department of Public Works.
