• Toolmakers - blanking tool and maintenance/setup

• Minimum 5 years blanking tool/press shop experience

• Essential maintenance tasks for Toolmakers include:

• Routine inspection - checking clearance daily to maintain the optimal clearance gap and monitoring for unbalanced forces

• Regrinding - Surface grinding punch blades and dies by 0.05 mm to 0.0 mm per pass to eliminate dull edges and chipping

• Preventative cycles - Resharpening and servicing tools

• Component replacement - replace damaged stripping pins, springs, punch inserts, or dowels during teardowns

• Clearance and lubrication - Removing scrap/slug buildup and ensuring micro-lubrication or dry-film coatings are applied appropriately

• Toolmakers - blanking tool and maintenance/setup
