National Sales Manager - Automotive Industry A leading premium automotive organisation is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and develop its commercial operations across its dealer network in South Africa. The organisation is committed to delivering safe, sustainable and innovative mobility solutions, supported by exceptional quality and customer service. Purpose of the Role To develop and execute national strategies for new and used vehicle operations, driving sales performance, market share growth, dealer profitability, residual value management, fleet and remarketing performance, an d customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, profitability and market share objectives across new and used vehicle operations. Lead annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and KPI development. Build strong relationships with dealer principals, investors, and management teams across the dealer network. Lead the national certified pre-owned, fleet, rental, and remarketing strategy. Coach and support dealer management and sales teams to improve performance and customer outcomes. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, executive reports, and performance reviews. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Eight to ten years of automotive industry experience. Significant experience in vehicle sales, fleet, remarketing, or commercial management. Previous dealership experience will be advantageous.
