SUMMARY

A well-established law practice is seeking to appoint a Litigation/Conveyancing Secretary

Experience as a conveyancing secretary or good general knowledge of the conveyancing process is essential to handle administrative tasks related to property transfers. Responsibilities include opening new files, managing client

FICA documentation, drafting basic transfer documents, coordinating with the Deeds Office, and liaising with clients, outside attorneys and estate agents.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Education & Experience: Matric (Grade 12), 3 - 7 years of litigation/Debt Collection experience and experience as a Conveyancing secretary Legal Knowledge: A strong understanding of South African court procedures, litigation processes, and legal terminology and/or good general knowledge of the conveyancing process. Software Proficiency: Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office Legalsuite and LexisConvey.
