R&D Manager Cape Town Minimum requirements: Minimum 8-10 years' experience in R&D or Product Development 3-5 years' experience in a management or leadership role, including the supervision and development of engineering teams. Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including hardware, firmware, software, or electronic design engineers. Demonstrated experience leading product development projects from concept through design, testing, certification, production release, and product lifecycle management. Experience in electronic hardware design, embedded systems, firmware development, or related technical engineering disciplines. Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and project execution.
