Summary Of Role

We are seeking a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a "hunter" mentality to drive top-of-funnel growth for our global sales organization. This is a proactive, outbound-focused role where you will engage C-suite decision-makers across the U.S. market through cold calling, personalized email, and LinkedIn outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.

  • Execute Outbound Excellence: Conduct high-volume cold calling and multi-touch sequences to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Research target accounts and identify high-potential prospects, crafting compelling messaging tailored to specific buyer personas and industries.
  • Master the AI Value Prop: Develop a deep understanding of our AI-driven offerings to confidently communicate their value and handle complex objections.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain clean and accurate records of all outreach activities within HubSpot.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Partner with leadership to refine outreach tactics, improve conversion rates, and consistently exceed KPIs for meetings booked and SQL generation.
