Senior Recruitment & Compliance Consultant Join an award-winning social care provider and recruiter, managing the full candidate registration, onboarding, and compliance process within the UK social care sector. Location: Cape Town (Office-Based) | Working Arrangement: Office-Based | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM UK Time | Salary: R40,000.00 - R45,000.00 per month (flexibility depending on experience) ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an award-winning registered provider of social care services and a specialist social care recruitment business. Their direct experience in providing care services gives them a strong understanding of the day-to-day requirements of clients and service users, enabling them to recruit appropriately skilled candidates for their clients. THE ROLE: SENIOR RECRUITMENT & COMPLIANCE CONSULTANT As a Senior Recruitment & Compliance Consultant, you will manage the full lifecycle of candidate registration, coordination, and compliance onboarding. Acting as the link between identifying suitable candidates and preparing them for deployment, you will balance candidate engagement with strict regulatory compliance processes to ensure candidates are ready for final compliance approval. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Review CVs against vacancy requirements. Contact suitable candidates and progress their registrations. Book and conduct candidate interviews. Support candidates throughout the onboarding process. Provide regular updates to candidates. Chase PVGs, references, and other compliance documentation. Book candidates onto required training. Progress candidates to a "ready to work" stage for the Compliance Officer to complete final checks. ABOUT YOU Proven experience reviewing CVs, sourcing talent, and conducting candidate interviews. Direct experience managing and supporting candidates through an end-to-end onboarding and registration pipeline. Demonstrable experience obtaining compliance documentation, background references, and statutory safety records such as PVGs. Exceptional organisational skills. Strong professional verbal and written communication skills. Able to work full-time from the Cape Town office. Non-negotiable alignment with UK business hours (08:00 AM - 17:00 PM UK Time).
