Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales? Our client is looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to join their team, focusing on introducing and selling their CRM software solution to businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients. Promote and sell the company's CRM software solution. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Generate new business opportunities and maintain an active sales pipeline. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales. Build and maintain professional client relationships. Maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system. Achieve individual sales and activity targets. Minimum Requirements Previous telesales or outbound sales experience. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident telephone manner. Computer literate. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Advantageous Experience selling software, SaaS or technology solutions. Previous CRM sales experience. B2B sales experience.
