SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join a busy commercial vehicle dealership. The role involves assisting customers with parts enquiries, identifying and sourcing truck parts, preparing quotations, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) 2-5 years' experience in truck or commercial vehicle parts sales Experience with commercial vehicle brands such as FAW, Volvo, MAN, or similar Working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP/parts management system Strong technical knowledge of truck parts, OEM part identification, and VIN decoding Experience with quotations, invoicing, ordering, and back-order management Basic understanding of commercial truck mechanical systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport Willingness to work overtime when required By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTC's clients and/or verification information suppliers.
