ICE PLANT CLEANER at I&J in Waterfront,

Cape Town. Your role will be to ensure that the cleaning standard are maintained with regard to HACCP and other food standards.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Refrigeration Foreman

Key Areas Of Impact

• Keep to the Ice Plant cleaning code.
• Conduct walkabouts to monitor HACCP compliance.
• Receives job card instructions from the Refrigeration Foreman and complete the tasks accordingly.
• Ensure optimum standard of the ice plant cleanliness at all times.
• Assist the Ice Plant Operator when need be with adhoc maintenance.
• Compliance or regulation issues to be reported to Ice Plant Supervisor.

What It Takes To Succeed

Experience that set you up for success

• Minimum 1 - 5 year experience
• Knowledge of HR Policies would be advantageous

Qualifications & Certifications That Will Contribute To Your Success

• Grade 12 / Matric

Additional Requirements That Will Enhance Your Impact For Success

• Knoweldge of cleaning chemicals would be advantageous
