A career opportunity exists at REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP Technical Services, Nigel for the position of: TECHNICAL CALL CENTRE OPERATOR Job Summary: (not limited to) Answering or making calls related to vehicle on road breakdowns. Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received. Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff. Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received. Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received. Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirement: Matric Minimum 2 years' experience in Technical / Mechanical environment. Understanding Truck and Trailer functionality and terms. Shift (Day & Night) and weekend work required. Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, Tracking etc. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong time management and decision-making skills. Fluency in multiple languages will be an advantage.
