Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified enquiries received through Property24, Private Property, the company website, social media, telephone and email.
- Conduct engaging virtual and in-person property viewings.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents and understand their accommodation requirements.
- Guide clients through the complete leasing journey, from initial enquiry through to signed lease agreements.
- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Negotiate and conclude lease agreements while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reporting and documentation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly leasing and revenue targets.
- Work closely with the Reservations, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Proven sales experience within hospitality, property, customer service or consultative sales.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly target-driven with a proven ability to close deals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Professional, well presented and confident.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Own reliable transport.
- Based in Cape Town.
