FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

Location: Cape Town

Salary: R50 000 per month with 13th cheque

We are recruiting an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for a leading hospitality group in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Management / Hospitality Management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven experience managing restaurant and bar operations, stock control, budgets, food costs and service standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Must currently reside in Cape Town.
• Only candidates with relevant Food & Beverage Management experience will be considered.
