They are seeking an experienced Operations and Logistics Manager to lead and optimise their day-to-day operations while driving the continued growth and success of the business. Kennis van vloot- en roetebestuurstelsels sal voordelig wees. Prakties ingestel en bereid om self betrokke te wees. Sterk leierskapsvermoë en 'n natuurlike leierskapteenwoordigheid. Betroubaar en aanspreeklik. Behou kalmte en funksioneer doeltreffend onder druk. Resultaatgedrewe met 'n sterk aandag aan detail. REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and/or operations management. Proven experience managing teams in a labour-intensive environment. Experience in the sanitation, construction, or equipment rental industry will be advantageous. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent planning and organisational abilities. Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Good financial acumen with a focus on cost control. Knowledge of fleet and route management systems will be advantageous. Hands-on approach with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations. Strong leadership capability with a natural leadership presence. Reliable, accountable, and dependable. Able to remain calm and perform effectively under pressure.
