Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop, deploy and optimise Machine Learning models for production environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Build and support ML Ops processes to improve model deployment and monitoring.
• Work on projects spanning industries such as banking, aviation, healthcare and agriculture.
• Contribute to innovative solutions using modern data engineering and Machine Learning practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist or ML Ops Engineer.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, Machine Learning or production ML environments.
• Honours or Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a hybrid environment with regular availability in Stellenbosch.
