Software Implementation Engineer (AI & Agentic Workflows)

Our client is looking for a Software Implementation Engineer who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, enterprise integrations, and automation. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agent workflows for enterprise clients.
• Architect multi-step AI-driven processes that automate customer engagement and operational tasks.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRMs, payment gateways, communication platforms, and other enterprise systems.
• Build event-driven workflows using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop testing strategies to ensure AI workflows are reliable, secure, and production-ready.
• Monitor solution performance and optimise workflows based on analytics and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in software implementation, integrations, or a similar engineering role.
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Voice Agents.
• Strong REST API and webhook integration skills.
• Experience with Python and advanced Excel for data transformation and mapping.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and messaging APIs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Advantageous

• Experience implementing AI workflows within contact centre environments.
• Exposure to OpenAI, Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, n8n, serverless functions, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, vector databases, and event-driven architectures.
