Resource Coordinator / Scheduler Play a central role in coordinating candidate availability and client shift requirements to support high levels of service delivery. Location: Cape Town | Working Arrangement: Office-based (primarily in-office initially) | Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 17:00 PM UK Time | Salary: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month (depending on experience) ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is an award-winning registered provider of social care services and a social care recruitment business. THE ROLE: RESOURCE COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER The Resource Coordinator / Scheduler is responsible for managing candidate scheduling and supporting client fulfilment operations. The role focuses on coordinating candidate availability with client shift requirements, maintaining regular communication with candidates and clients, and working closely with internal teams to maximise shift fulfilment across the client base. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain weekly contact with the candidate pipeline to accurately track and capture candidate availability. Match qualified candidates to open client vacancies. Facilitate seamless shift bookings. Conduct proactive client account management through regular client check-ins. Gather direct feedback from clients regarding the care staff supplied. Partner with internal teams to maximise shift fulfilment. Optimise coverage across the client base. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in a scheduling, coordination, or resource management role. Strong relational, customer service, or client care background with light account management experience. Exceptional time management, logistical planning, and multitasking abilities. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with a recruitment CRM or automated ATS is advantageous. Exposure to compliance frameworks is advantageous. Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with UK business timings (08:00 AM - 17:00 PM UK Time). Must be based in Cape Town. Must be comfortable working primarily from the office initially.
