Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, specialising in Antenna Theory or RF Electronics/Firmware
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience with proven technical leadership
- Recognised subject matter expert in a particular discipline — e.g., electromagnetic simulation, structural mechanics, embedded systems, or firmware
- Strong familiarity with defence and aerospace standards (MIL-STD, STANAG, IEC, ISO)
Computer Literacy
- MS Office (Proficient)
- MATLAB / Python / FEKO / HFSS / CST / Similar simulation and analysis tools (Beneficial)
Responsibilities
- Act as the design authority for your discipline, leading complex system designs and ensuring technical excellence
- Guide and review design activities to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and performance integrity
- Mentorship & Team Development
- Provide technical mentorship and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation
- Support opportunity evaluation, feasibility studies, and bid development
- Collaborate with other Chief Engineers and executive leadership to align technical strategy with company objectives
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive research, process improvement, and intellectual property generation
