This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals based in South Africa. Successful candidates must be available to work UK business hours and have a reliable home office setup.

POSITION INFO

Minimum Requirements 3-7 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative Assistant supporting senior executives Proven experience managing complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional telephone manner Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams Experience using online collaboration and productivity tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Monday.com, Trello or similar platforms Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities High level of discretion and experience handling confidential information Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Stable fibre internet connection, reliable backup power solution (UPS/Inverter), and a dedicated home office Must be willing and able to work UK business hours (typically 09:00-17:30 UK time, adjusted for daylight savings) Advantageous Experience supporting C-suite executives Previous experience working remotely for an international company Experience with CRM systems and project management software Minute-taking and board meeting administration experience Exposure to finance administration, expense management or light bookkeeping Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership Manage complex diaries, appointments and scheduling across multiple time zones Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation and itineraries Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business correspondence Organise virtual and in-person meetings, including agendas and minutes Screen emails, prioritise communications and manage executive inboxes Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders Track action items and ensure deadlines are met Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks across the business Process expenses and maintain accurate records where required Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and executive efficiency Please apply directly by clicking on the Apply button or visit If you have not had any response within one week, please consider your application unsuccessful.
