Job Description Oversee the daily operations of the Sasolburg trade branch and counter sales team. Monitor inventory levels to ensure industrial gases and welding items are always in stock. Build and maintain great relationships with local trade customers and walk-in clients. Lead, support, and supervise branch personnel, counter staff, and local delivery drivers. Ensure the team follows standard safety protocols for handling gas cylinders and equipment. Coordinate local deliveries to make sure clients receive excellent and timely service. What You Need to Apply Proven experience working with industrial gases, welding supplies, or engineering products. Practical knowledge of managing stock, branch logistics, or trade counter teams effectively. Experience dealing with buyers or decision-makers in the engineering and fabrication sectors. A valid driver's license and a positive, solution-driven attitude toward customer service. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
