Our client is looking for a finance manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Oversee the full financial function across dealership operations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax legislation and internal controls. Oversee creditors, debtors, general ledger and fixed asset management. Reconcile manufacturer accounts and ensure accurate OEM reporting. Manage month-end and year-end financial processes. Analyse business performance and provide strategic financial recommendations to leadership. Lead, mentor and develop the finance team. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Manager role. Previous experience within the motor dealership industry is essential. Experience working with Evolve or similar dealership management systems. Strong understanding of dealership accounting systems and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans. Valid driver's licence. Clear credit, criminal and employment verification record.
