SUMMARY

Our client in the financial services sector requires a New Business Development Manager (Fin Services). The incumbent will drive growth, secure new business and build lasting client relationships across South Africa.

POSITION INFO

Key Responsibilities Develop relationships with existing customers Work closely with Marketing and Operations to deliver an exceptional client experience Engage with senior decision makers at potential customers to expand customer base Manage the full sales cycle Achieve and exceed sales and growth targets, Monitor market trends and client needs to inform strategy Represent the company at industry events Develop strategic partnerships Administrative duties related to the sales cycle Key Requirements A relevant bachelor's degree At least five years' successful B2B sales or business development experience A strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent networking, presentation and negotiation skills A proactive, self-driven and consultative approach Relevant industry experience and an established professional network will be advantageous Must be able to travel extensively across South Africa in the role
