Process Analyst – Cape Town

My client, a global independent creative and communications network operating in 22 countries, is looking for a Process Analyst to join their Finance Transformation team in Cape Town (hybrid).

You'll support the analysis and documentation of finance processes, help map workflows, assist with data-driven insights, and contribute to continuous improvement across the finance function — working closely with Hub Finance Supervisors and the global commercial finance team.

What we're looking for:

• Shared Services Centre experience essential
• Exposure to finance processes (PTP, OTC, RTR)
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI a plus
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) an advantage
• Detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable working with data
