Power Transformers is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join our Quality & HSE team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the Company's technical documentation system, ensuring all engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality and project documentation is accurately controlled, filed and maintained in accordance with company procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain project and server filing structures
Control technical documentation and revision status
Ensure document traceability and compliance with company procedures
Maintain document registers and quality records
Coordinate project close-out documentation and data packs
Support ISO 9001 document control requirements
Conduct document audits and compliance checks
Develop and maintain document control templates and registers
Train employees on document control standards and best practices
What We're Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1–3 years' experience in Technical Administration, Document Control or Quality Administration
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Advantageous
- Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, electrical or project-based environment
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration, Document Control or Quality Management
- Exposure to ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Experience working with controlled technical documentation
