This role exists to lead and deliver specialist counter implementation solutions that enable safe, scalable and commercially effective service counters aligned to Foods format, technical and food safety standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project & program management, food safety compliance, preferably within a retail or food service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards
  • Experience in reviewing and influencing design plans for compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drivers licence

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Counter CAD proposals and layouts are accurate, blueprint-aligned and operationally compliant across development and small works projects.
  • Stakeholder and JV counter requirements are translated into approved layouts and commercially effective site decisions.
  • Consistent Foods representation in project governance forums supports proactive issue identification and timely resolution.
  • Counter projects are delivered end-to-end in alignment with approved scope, quality, operational readiness and launch requirements.
  • Service counter blueprints, technical standards and implementation requirements remain current, implementable and compliant.
  • Counter small works and equipment programmes are governed and delivered within approved investment and operational guardrails.
  • Health, safety and technical compliance requirements are embedded across counter design, specification and implementation decisions.
  • Specialist guidance, coaching and subject matter expertise support consistent counter implementation and operational best practice.
