POSITION INFO
Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits. Develop and manage a portfolio of existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales and market share. Promote and sell pre-owned equipment by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions. Conduct customer needs analyses and prepare tailored quotations, proposals, tenders, and sales agreements. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements while maintaining profitability. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations with customers. Identify and convert competitor accounts through strategic business development initiatives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, gross profit, and market share targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, call reports, and customer information. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment, contract administration, and customer support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management. Ensure all administrative documentation, contracts, and sales records are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, site visits, trade events, and industry exhibitions while promoting long-term client relationships.
