POSITION INFO
Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, prospecting, and customer visits. Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share. Promote and sell aftermarket products and services, including parts, accessories, service contracts, rentals, tyres, driver training, load testing, and engineering solutions. Conduct customer needs analyses and recommend appropriate products and value-added solutions. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, contracts, and pricing in accordance with company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and gross profit targets. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular client visits and proactive communication. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to order processing and after-sales support. Negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance with company guidelines. Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, forecasts, and CRM information. Assist with debt collection, account management, and resolving customer payment disputes where required. Collaborate with internal departments including Operations, Parts, Service, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery. Participate in product training, sales meetings, and continuous development initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales performance. Ensure all administrative processes, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and within required timeframes.
