Our Client, a Global Independent Creative and communications network, is looking for a Finance System Senior Support Analyst to join their Cape Town team — a new mid-level role sitting between the Finance System Support Analyst and Finance Systems Support Lead.

You'll build saved searches for the business, train Hub Finance teams, drive system improvements, refresh training materials and videos, and help raise NetSuite knowledge across the wider support team.

What we're looking for:

• Strong, hands-on NetSuite knowledge essential
• Several years' experience in a Finance Systems support role
• Shared Services Centre background essential
• Confident training and presenting to finance teams
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving systems and processes
