SUMMARY

We are seeking individuals with manufacturing and construction industry experience and an overall business perspective who can link our products with the needs of our customers with the desired outcome of benefiting both.

POSITION INFO

A successful candidate will be tasked with the following: Coordinating our prospecting efforts; Managing key business relationships and business opportunities; Supporting business development initiatives; Ensuring accurate and timeous information on key opportunities We are interested in candidates who can be involved in the market and build strong commercial relationships. Skills Matric (minimum with mathematics) Relevant Diploma / Degree (BBA, BCOM in Business Science, Marketing, etc.,) MS Office Literate (Strong on Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) ERP literate (Syspro, Sage, JD Edwards, SAP etc.) CRM Systems (Salesforce beneficial) Technical skills (understanding technical applications, literature, construction drawings and Built-Environment technologies) Social and writing skills (able to communicate complex concepts and drafting technical literature) Presentation skills (able to present to large groups of people) Project Management Problem solving Bilingual Past Experience Working within a company which employs professional systems and procedures Working within a team Outbound client-facing role Assisting with strategy development Be able to grow sales Prospecting and new business development Key Account management / customer retention (preferred) Working within the construction industry / built environment (preferably with construction professionals) Project Management Working with CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
