Model Behavior Monitor
Braun Management
Braun Management identifies and resolves structural frictions within large executive teams across German speaking Europe. We provide leadership groups with evidence-backed analysis to fix organizational problems that have become too internal for them to solve without outside help.
The role
We are introducing a Model Behavior Monitor to our remote team to help manage the intersection of our consulting data and the language models we use for internal analysis. This position exists to ensure that our technical tools produce outputs that align with our high standards for precision and factual accuracy. As an entry level professional, you will observe how these models interpret complex business systems and document where they fail to reflect organizational reality. This is a part-time contract role, and since we are a fully remote firm, you will perform all tasks from your own workspace while maintaining close contact with our analytical team.
What you will do
- Review model outputs to identify logical inconsistencies or deviations from provided business documentation.
- Examine internal datasets to confirm that the text used for model training is clean and correctly categorized.
- Document specific patterns in how models respond to queries regarding decision rights and executive accountability.
- Draft brief, evidence-backed reports comparing model suggestions against our established consulting methodology.
- Identify and flag instances where a model provides generic or superficial advice rather than rigorous analysis.
- Maintain a detailed log of model interactions to help refine the queries used during client projects.
- Assist senior analysts by verifying that automated summaries accurately capture the nuances of recorded executive interviews and meetings.
What we are looking for
- A background in the humanities, social sciences, or business, with a clear ability to write with precision.
- A genuine interest in how technical systems interpret human organizational structures and corporate hierarchies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice subtle errors in logic within large volumes of text.
- Comfort working in an environment that prioritizes deep work and independent problem solving.
- Active curiosity about the unglamorous but necessary work of corporate restructuring and governance.
- Professional proficiency in English, emphasizing direct communication and the avoidance of filler words.
- A willingness to learn the specific language of European governance, including the roles of works councils and executive boards.
- The ability to follow complex instructions and document your findings in a structured format.
How we work
Braun Management operates as a fully remote team, which means we rely heavily on recorded documentation rather than constant meetings. Our culture is built around clarity and the sober second thought. We expect every team member to contribute to our collective knowledge base through clear and honest writing. Because our work involves sensitive organizational friction, we value discretion and a focus on structural truths. This remote setup allows for a high degree of autonomy, provided that the work remains precise and arrives on schedule.
What we offer
- A paid position with a competitive rate for the entry level and internship market.
- Flexible part-time hours that can be scheduled to accommodate other commitments.
- Practical experience with the methodology used to solve high level organizational problems.
- Direct exposure to the application of data within a professional services and consulting framework.
- The opportunity to work within a fully remote, international team focused on logical rigour.
The work of a Model Behavior Monitor ensures that the tools we use to support our clients remain grounded in observable facts. By catching errors and refining how we interact with technology, you help maintain the standard of precision our executive clients expect from us. This role is a significant part of our commitment to providing a clear, written path forward for the organizations we advise.
