Functional Area

Sales and Field Acquisition

Role Purpose

To attract, acquire, and retain clients by selling company products to generate new business and provide after-sales service to clients. The role aims to ensure client retention, increase market share, and contribute to the organisation’s overall business objectives and long-term viability.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Engage with prospective clients to highlight the features and benefits of various products based on their financial wellness needs.
  • Sell products in line with clients’ financial needs by conducting affordability analyses.
  • Achieve set targets for production, quality, and conversion.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements throughout the sales process.
  • Provide financial advice to enhance clients’ financial wellness.
  • Investigate and resolve client queries within agreed service levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate information, advice, and exceptional client service.
  • Proactively maintain client relationships through professional and credible financial advisory services.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ related field sales experience.
