Senior Operations Engineering Manager : Join our client's team as a Senior Production Manager overseeing technical processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Lead production operations, drive process improvement, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Report to: Manager Seniority Level: Professional Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Technical Production & Operations Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, bridging the gap between engineering design and production execution. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day operations with a strong focus on technical processes (CNC/assembly/automation), ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will be responsible for driving production capacity through process improvement, machine uptime optimization, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities (Technical Focus): Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, including CNC, assembly, and maintenance of technical equipment. Process Improvement: Utilize Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction. Planning & Quality: Develop production schedules to meet demands while ensuring adherence to ISO and quality standards. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor production personnel. Cost Control: Manage budget, labor, and material costs. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent experience. Experience: 5+ years in production management within high-tech, electronics, or complex assembly environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing technology (e.g., CNC, SMT). Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
