What will your day look like?
Develop and maintain financial models to support client engagements and transaction processes.
Prepare draft reports, presentations, and financial analyses for review by senior team members.
- Assist in the execution of a variety of Corporate Finance assignments, including:
- Business valuations
- Option valuations
- Financial modelling
- Financial and commercial due diligence
- Transaction advisory and support
Conduct financial analysis, research, and data gathering to support project delivery.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the team to deliver high-quality client service.
Maintain regular communication with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring all relevant parties remain informed throughout the engagement process.
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Support the team in identifying solutions to complex financial and commercial challenges.
Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards in all work performed.
What will position you for success?
- Honours Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- CA(SA) qualification or completed SAICA articles will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent financial modelling and report-writing capabilities.
- Strong client-service orientation and commitment to delivering value.
