POSITION INFO

A respected medium-sized building contractor is looking to appoint an experienced PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) to lead construction teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality building projects across Cape Town. If you're a strong leader with a proven track record in managing construction projects from planning through to completion, we'd like to hear from you. Key Requirements: Registered PrCPM with SACPCMP (essential). Minimum 8 years' building construction experience. Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and project staff. Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent client liaison and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and programme. Valid driver's licence. Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects from inception to handover. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, budgets, quality, and programme. Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement practical solutions. Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
