Role Description

The Creative Marketer is a full-time, on-site role located in Klerksdorp. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that promote MC Motors’ brand, vehicles, and services across digital and traditional channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning and creating marketing content, managing social media accounts, coordinating with sales and service teams on promotions, and analyzing campaign performance to suggest improvements. The Creative Marketer will also help design visual materials such as posters, flyers, and digital ads, and support events or activations that drive customer engagement. Collaboration with management and other team members to maintain consistent brand messaging is a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in creative marketing, including campaign planning, brand storytelling, and concept development.
  • Experience with content creation for social media, websites, and promotional materials, including basic copywriting and visual design.
  • Ability to use common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing, basic analytics).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, service, and management teams.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Relevant qualification or coursework in marketing, communications, design, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in automotive or retail marketing is an advantage but not required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Klerksdorp and engage directly with customers and partners as needed.
