Role Purpose
// The Receptionist / Administrative Support position is designed to provide practical exposure to front office
operations, visitor management, switchboard administration, and workplace support services.
The programme offers an opportunity to gain experience in delivering professional customer service
and supporting internal business operations. Our aim is to develop a future workplace services.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks
// Operate and manage the company switchboard.
// Receive, welcome, and direct visitors in a professional manner.
// Manage visitor registration and access procedures.
// Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
// Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services.
// Support office administration and General Services activities.
// Maintain reception records and reports.
// Provide administrative support for events and workplace initiatives.
// Escalate facility, security, or visitor-related concerns when required.
// Ensure reception and waiting areas are maintained to a professional standard.

Experience, Skills And Qualifications
// Diploma In Business Administration or Equivalent

// Social & intercultural skills enabling you to work in a multicultural
environment.
// Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. (Desirable not essential)
