POSITION INFO

What you'll be doing: Developing new business and securing recruitment partnerships with clients. Managing and growing an existing client database while identifying new business opportunities. Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from taking briefs through to successful placements. Sourcing, interviewing, screening and presenting high-calibre candidates. Negotiating offers and providing professional recruitment advice to clients and candidates. Delivering exceptional service while consistently achieving monthly targets. What we're looking for: Previous recruitment agency experience would be advantageous. A proven ability or strong desire to develop new business. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A confident, resilient and target-driven personality. Strong negotiation and networking abilities. Professional, self-motivated and results orientated. Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence. What's on offer: Competitive basic salary.
