We are seeking a qualified Professional Structural Engineer or Technologist with a solid background in design, construction, and project management to contribute to exciting development and infrastructure projects. Duties: Attend client’s project briefs and assist with the preparation of project specifications. Assist with the preparation of Feasibility Studies and Technical Reports. Prepare designs and drawings. Liaise with clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Arrange all required project meetings and prepare minutes and progress reports. Monitor and advise contractors and Resident Engineers on site. Develop and review structural designs and plans to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency Lead and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution Oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and specifications Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize project outcomes Conduct site inspections and structural assessments Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders Requirements: Professionally registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Technologist. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering or technologist roles (Planning, Design, Monitoring and Reporting). Strong knowledge of construction processes, design principles, and engineering standards Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience in Project Management and Report Writing skills.
