Primary Responsibilities Include

To clean, service and maintain all areas of the Spa and public areas.
Assist Spa therapists by replenishish supplies such as bathrobes and linens in between treatments.
Adhere to the cleaning guidelines and to ensure all public areas in the Spa are clean and inspected according to departmental standards.
To ensure that hygiene standards are adhered to at all times & disinfecting the treatment surfaces & equipment between treatments as per laid down standards & procedures.
To ensure that the spa is neat, clean & tidy at all times & help in retaining the aesthetic beauty of the same.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
To report and safeguard all lost property ensuring it is all handed in and logged daily.
Complete the weekly and monthly task lists as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain hygiene standards throughout the Spa by ensuring constant cleaning and sanitising of all touch points.
Ensuring that all the changing areas are clean, tidy and stocked with towels and bathrobes.
Ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained at all times both front of Spa and back of Spa.
Clean, stock and supply the Spa Conservatory

Requirements

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
1-2 years previous experience in a similar position advantageous.
Good attention to detail.
Customer-oriented.
Knowledge of a variety of cleaning products and equipment.
Excellent organisational skills.
Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
