Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company. Manage a team of 35-50 employees, including engineers, technicians, and administrative staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational excellence. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Develop and manage the company's budget. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and addressing any issues. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
